Here is what people have said about  Ellie's classes:
"The bachelorette party is getting absolutely rave reviews from everyone who attended. We all had
such a wonderful time and cannot stop talking about the fun we had just conversing with you,
cooking, and of course, eating. I think what we liked best was the interaction with you and learning
more than just how to prepare the dishes. We loved that you were open to all of our questions (I know
we had a ton) and we are all reviewing our notes! Amy said it best, 'you were very real. So down to
earth and really fun to hang out with and cook with!''                                                Dana K., Boston, Mass.

Had a GREAT time!! Learned so many various tips. The more I reviewed the evening, the more I
realized  I learned!  Many thanks!                                                                                    Aimee M., Natick, Mass.

I canít imagine the hours of preparation that you must put into planning one of these classes.
Everything ran so smoothly and your timing was impeccable. Your class was extremely informative
and a lot of fun too. It was a real pleasure to have such a wonderful lady and chef in my home -
working in my kitchen. The girls and I were thrilled with how the evening turned out from beginning
to end. I would recommend the evening to any of my friends and/or clients. Thank you so much for
  everything!                                                                                                          Bonnie R., Melrose, Massachusetts

I thought you would like to hear about my first real dinner party. Each year, I get together with
former work associates. We usually go to a restaurant, but this time I decided to invite them to my
  home. I cooked
Lemon Soy Chicken and your Broccoli Linguini dish for eight people, and the meal got
rave reviews! You gave me the confidence to do this. My wife is now working out of state, and I am
proud to report that I am still eating well!                                                          Steve D., Stow, Massachusetts
