Ellie has taught cooking for more than 25 years. She presents lunchtime seminars and team building events for companies, as well as in-your-home cooking classes, which are perfect for bridal showers, bachelorette parties and “girls’ night out”. She also offers customized one-on-one cooking lessons and coaching. In addition, Ellie gives programs for organizations such as women’s clubs, churches, garden clubs and libraries. For 15 years she served as the Consumer Affairs Consultant for Roche Bros. and Sudbury Farms Supermarkets where she presented innovative community relations and cooking programs on behalf of the company. Before that, she taught cooking at "Ellie's Gourmet Gallery", her home based cooking school, as well as at several adult education programs. For 5˝ years Ellie was the featured chef on "In Your Interest" segments on WHSH-TV 66, the Home Shopping Channel. She also produced and appeared on "Ellie's Foodline", a cable TV series that focused on cooking and food-related topics. These half-hour shows were aired in 25 Massachusetts communities. Ellie has also been featured on many local and national radio programs. She is the author of the two popular cookbooks, FROM ELLIE'S KITCHEN TO YOURS and SO EASY, SO DELICIOUS.
